Our ACAC Team

The majority of staff members are year round employees which creates a very consistent and mature staff. Many team members are college students pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Ed., Physical Ed., and other child-related fields. Our team encourages campers to grow, learn, and have confidence in their abilities and most importantly, to believe in themselves. Each counselor is at least 18 years old and is required to participate in our intensive Camp Counselor Training. We conduct background checks and require staff members to hold current certifications in First Aid and CPR/AED administration. Most of our counselors have prior camp, after-school and/or coaching experience.

Transportation Routes

For your convenience in the morning and afternoon we will have acac bus stops at various locations throughout the county. All acac buses are insured, operated and meticulously maintained within state regulations for your child's safety. Each bus will have a camp team member as well as an acac driver on board to maintain safety.
